Affiliate Disclosure
Last updated: July 7, 2026
The short version
Some outbound links on Frunk & Trunk are affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, the seller pays us a commission. You never pay extra — the price is the same either way.
How affiliate links work
When a listing's seller participates in an affiliate program we have joined, the “Buy on” and “Read the full listing” links for that listing route through the program's tracking service before landing on the seller's site. That routing is how the seller knows the visit came from us. Links to sellers outside our programs go straight to the seller, untouched.
Programs we participate in
We are a publisher on the Awin affiliate network (currently for the Lectron EV charging program), and we partner directly with some sellers through their own referral platforms (currently Hansshow via BigXGrow, EV Bandit via UpPromote, and Tesery via GoAffPro). As we join more programs, this page will list them.
Separately, the site may show a personal Tesla referral link for new-vehicle orders; those asides carry their own disclosure where they appear.
Coupon codes
Some partner sellers also give us a public discount code, which we show next to the listing it applies to. Codes like these save you money at that seller's checkout, and the seller may pay us a commission when one is used — the same relationship as a tagged link, disclosed right where the code appears.
Commissions never affect what you see
Listings, prices and rankings come live from Shopify's Global Catalog for every search. We do not reorder results, hide sellers or adjust prices based on commissions, and most sellers shown pay us nothing.
How tagged links are marked
Affiliate links carry a machine-readable marker, rel="sponsored", that identifies the commercial relationship to search engines. For people, this page and the note in the footer of every page are the disclosure.
